By accessing or using evion.tech and the Evion demo application ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms.

Use of the Service

The Service provides NDVI vegetation analysis from RGB imagery. You may use the demo for evaluation purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer our systems.

Demo Limitations

The demo is provided for evaluation purposes. Processing limits may apply. Results are generated by AI models and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for agricultural, financial, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification.

Intellectual Property

The Evion name, logo, and technology are proprietary. You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process the image solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free results.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evion shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to crop loss, business interruption, or data loss.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
